Jaiku

Definition: Allows users to share a live "presence" to indicate their activity, location or news and to view the same information about their contacts

Use in Education: Learners working 'out of class' on assignments could log what they are doing and some of their findings and ongoing thoughts - which peers/tutors could then comment on.
